    • Immediate RMA assignment over the phone.
    • Any person in your company can request an RMA.

Techno-Test Service Plans*

  • Available at time of purchase, Service Plans provide you instant peace of mind. They also can be added anytime during the warranty period.
  • Service Plans are offered in three- and five-year increments and provide repair services. We’re also flexible. If you have special needs, please ask.
  • Once a Service Plan expires, you have the option to extend coverage on an annual basis until the instrument exits support.
  • If you choose not to purchase a Service Plan, you can request repair and calibration service as needed.

Techno-Test Repair Service

  • Includes all parts, no exclusions or fine print.
  • Includes necessary adjustments and verification of performance to specification, except in those countries with different regulatory or government requirements.
  • Safety and reliability updates included.
  • "Feature set" upgrade installation available for an extra fee.

Repair Option R3/R5*

  • Extends repair coverage through the third or fifth year of ownership.
